When you submit our consultation request form, we collect:

Phone number
Email address
Project details (type, product interest, installation city)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

Contact you to schedule your free in-home consultation
Provide quotes and product information relevant to your enquiry

We will not use your information for marketing communications without your express consent.

3. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. Your information is accessible only to Liva Blinds staff who require it to respond to your request.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. If you do not proceed with a purchase, your enquiry data is deleted within 90 days.

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Withdraw consent to the use of your information (subject to legal or contractual restrictions)

6. Security

Form submissions are transmitted securely. We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

7. Analytics & Advertising

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and improve our website. When you visit our site or submit our consultation form, we may share the following with Meta Platforms, Inc.:

A non-identifying random visitor ID stored in a first-party cookie (_lba_uid)
Your IP address and browser user-agent
The page URL you visited and the event type (e.g. page view, form submission)
For consultation requests: your name, email, phone, and city — hashed using SHA-256 on our server before being sent to Meta

Hashing converts your information into a one-way fingerprint that Meta uses only to match against existing users for ad measurement. We do not share raw personal information with Meta or any advertising provider. You can learn more in Meta's Privacy Policy, opt out of personalised advertising in your Facebook/Instagram settings, or contact us to request we exclude your data from future events.
